  • Teacher of Science (£5k Golden Hello)

    Waterfront UTC are seeking to appoint a member of staff to join our Science Department. The successful candidate will be someone who is an enthusiastic, talented and passionate Teacher of Science. You will have excellent subject knowledge and be confident that students in your care will make exceptional progress. 

    The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k. This is split into the following payments - £2.5k subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, and a further £2.5k to be paid as a retention incentive. This is subject to the successful candidate remaining at the school for at least that next year.

    The role is expected to start from September 2024. This is a full time, permanent position, salary scale based on MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.

  • Head of Construction (£5k Golden Hello)

    Waterfront UTC is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Construction who is committed to excellence to start with immediate effect.

    The successful candidate will be a creative and dynamic practitioner and leader who will be able to strive the development of our already thriving Construction Department and help drive forward our agenda of continuous improvement.

    This is a permanent, full-time role.

    The salary for this role is MPS/UPS, dependent on experience. This role also includes a TLR2b (£5,350), and a possible £5k Golden Hello as outlined below.
